One's Science Temporal Destroyer Build

I've managed to put together a halfway decent build for my Temporal Destroyer. The difficulty lies in the bridge officer seating, which requires me to choose between having too many tactical or engineering abilities, or too few science abilities. Going heavy on the science abilities currently seems the best way to go. I ended up going for a power drain setup, utilizing Energy Siphon in conjunction with my Polaron weaponry. The downside is I'm left with fewer tactical abilities than I have on most other escorts. My skill tree remains unchanged from what I used in my Fleet Patrol Escort build. My abilities shown here also include my fifth row, which I use for my keybind abilities.

In testing, I discovered that I do slightly better running four Dual Heavy Cannons instead of three with a Dual Beam Bank. Taking off the Dual Beam Bank also reduced the number of necessary tactical abilities. The one console I'm uncertain about keeping is the Manheim Device. The benefit every 3 minutes is somewhat underwhelming. However, I haven't yet figured out what I would put in its place.

I haven't yet figured out what Duty Officers go best with this setup, but I'll post them when I have them.
